General Betting Rules

These Rules govern all bets accepted on VIPPH’s sports betting platform. They apply to all events, markets and bet types unless a market-specific or sport-specific rule indicates otherwise. VIPPH reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time, with updates published online and effective immediately.

Settlement, Results and Verification

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If an official result is not published, VIPPH may settle using credible sources at its discretion. If a market or price is published with incorrect information, VIPPH may void the affected bets. Bets on outcomes that cannot be independently verified may be suspended pending verification by the competent authority.

Price Integrity and Corrections

VIPPH reserves the right to void bets or to resettle at the correct price in the event of obvious errors or mispricing. A bet may be voided, or settlement adjusted, at VIPPH’s sole discretion where prices differ significantly from the market norm or where the error would have influenced a reasonable bettor’s decision.

Bet Acceptance, Changes and Cancellations

Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be canceled or altered by the customer. VIPPH may amend or correct bets after acceptance to reflect obvious clerical errors or market corrections, provided such amendments are limited to the minimum necessary to reflect the true intention of the bet. Bets accepted after an event has begun are void, except where the bet is explicitly offered under a live/in-play market and otherwise stated in the market rules.

In-Play / Live Betting

Live betting is subject to rapid changes in odds as the event unfolds. VIPPH does not guarantee continuous availability of prices for the entire event and may refuse or void bets if market conditions diverge from the prevailing price. Data displayed during live coverage may be delayed or approximate; bets placed on such data are made at the customer’s risk.

Abandonments, Postponements and Venue Changes

If an event is abandoned, postponed or moved and cannot be resumed within a reasonable window, bets on undecided markets may be void unless an official result has already been declared. In cases where the home/away designation changes or the venue is altered, bets on the affected market may be void at VIPPH’s discretion.

Dead Heat and Outright Markets

In a dead heat or tie scenario, stake money is divided among the number of winners, and each portion is paid at the full odds on the divided stake. Outright markets settle based on the official outcome; non-participating selections are treated as losers unless the market rules specify otherwise. Where two or more participants tie for a listed prize, the stake is adjusted in accordance with the market’s dead heat rules.

Suspensions, Fraud and Integrity

VIPPH may suspend settlement and withhold payments pending investigation if there are concerns regarding the integrity of an event or suspected manipulation or fraud. Bets identified as intended to exploit a flaw or to gain an improper advantage may be voided or settlement withheld pending investigation.

Disputes and Customer Complaints

Disputes should be raised promptly. VIPPH will handle disputes through its Trading Team, with final resolution by the Head of Sportsbook. Claims must be raised no later than seven days after a bet is finalised or fourteen days after the event has concluded. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the relevant internal authority, with the outcome communicated in writing.

Odds, Currency and Settlement Format

All settlements are calculated using decimal odds. Winnings and stake refunds are settled in the customer’s account currency where supported. VIPPH may convert currencies at the current rate and may apply service charges where allowed by law and regulation.

Rule Amendments and Official Language

VIPPH may update these Rules at any time. The English version is the official version. Translations, if provided, are for convenience and may not be binding. Any changes will be published online and take effect immediately upon publication.

Individual Sports Rules

The following sport-specific rules apply in addition to the General Rules above. When a sport rule conflicts with the General Rules, the sport rule prevails for bets on that sport.

2.1 Alpine Skiing

• Settlement is based on the official result published by the governing body.
• Outright selections count as active runners even if they do not compete; non-participation results in a loss for that selection.
• If a competitor is disqualified, the selection is settled as a loser.
• Abandonment with no declared winner results in a void market.
• Dead Heat rules apply for tied results.

2.2 American Football

• Markets settle on the official end of the scheduled regular time unless a market specifies overtime. Overtime does not count unless stated.
• If the result is not available, bets may be void after 48 hours.
• Postponed or abandoned events: bets void if not resumed within the current week unless a winner is officially declared.
• Bets are void if the venue changes or home/away designations are reversed.
• A minimum of 55 minutes of a 60-minute game must be completed for most markets to be paid; otherwise, only markets with a known result are settled.
• Player-specific markets settle on official statistics; if a player does not participate, the bet is void. Overtime counts for player props unless the market excludes it.

2.3 Athletics

• Settlement follows the official result from the governing body.
• Outright selections count as runners; non-participation results in a loss for that selection.
• Disqualification results in a loss for the affected selection.
• Abandonment with no declared winner results in a void market.
• Dead Heat rules apply where applicable.

2.4 Australian Rules Football

• Markets settle on the official result at the end of the scheduled 80 minutes of play, including stoppage time but excluding any extra time unless stated.
• Postponed or abandoned matches void if not resumed within 48 hours unless an official result is declared.
• First Half markets refer to Quarters 1–2; Second Half markets refer to Quarters 3–4.
• Dead Heat rules apply for tied results.

2.5 Badminton

• Settled on the official result from the governing body.
• If live coverage is lost and no result is published, undecided markets are void.
• Postponed or abandoned events void if not resumed within 48 hours unless an official winner is declared.
• Markets remain open only if the score change would not have significantly affected the price; otherwise, they may be voided where applicable.
